of <h1>Central Government Empowered Under Section 10 to Resolve Implementation Issues of 2020 Taxation Act for Two Years</h1> Section 10 of the Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation and Amendment of Certain Provisions) Act, 2020 grants the Central Government the authority to address any difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions. This power allows the government to issue orders that are consistent with the Act to resolve such issues. However, this authority is limited to a period of two years from the end of the month when the Act received presidential assent. Additionally, any order made under this section must be presented before both Houses of Parliament.
