It adds the term 'or surrendered' to the marginal heading and sub-section (1), following references to 'cancelled' and 'section 14,' respectively. This amendment includes provisions for surrendering certificates under section 14A, in addition to cancellation. These changes took effect on September 29, 2020, as per the specified notification.
