However, they may request a personal hearing to present their case. Such requests, if approved by the Chief Commissioner or Director General, will be conducted via video conferencing. The examination or recording of statements will also be done through video conferencing. The Board is tasked with ensuring the necessary facilities are available to prevent any denial of benefits due to lack of access to video conferencing technology.
