Entry into force: treaty effective upon mutual notification of procedural completion and signature, applying to income from specified fiscal year. Each Contracting State must notify the other when it has completed domestic procedures; the Agreement enters into force on the date of signature and applies to income arising in any fiscal year commencing on or after 1 January 1983.
