of <h1>Diplomatic Agreement Termination Requires Six-Month Notice; Article 11 Obligations Persist Post-Termination</h1> The Agreement between the Contracting Parties remains in effect until one party terminates it by delivering written notice through diplomatic channels. Termination becomes effective on the first day of the month following six months after the notice is received. Requests received before the termination date are processed per the Agreement's terms. Despite termination, both parties are bound by Article 11 concerning information obtained under the Agreement. The Agreement was signed in Majuro, Marshall Islands, on March 18, 2016, in both Hindi and English, with the English text prevailing in case of interpretation conflicts.
