Right of appeal to the Central Government available for persons aggrieved by regulatory orders, subject to prescribed formality. Any person aggrieved by an order of the Board made under the Act or under rules or regulations made thereunder has a statutory right of appeal to the Central Government, and that appeal must be preferred in the prescribed form.
