of <h1>Rule 7 Details Notice Serving Methods: Direct Delivery, Electronic Means, or Newspaper Publication if Unreachable.</h1> Rule 7 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 2005 outlines the methods for serving notices and orders. Notices or orders can be delivered directly to the person or their authorized agent, sent via fax, email, instant messaging, courier, speed post, or registered post. If these methods fail, notices may be affixed to the person's last known residence or business location, witnessed by two individuals. If affixing is unsuccessful, publication in two newspapers, including one in English with nationwide circulation, is required.
