          <h1>Companies' reporting of beneficial ownership: Tribunal may impose transfer, dividend, and voting restrictions when information is missing.</h1> The reporting company shall apply to the Tribunal under sub section (7) of section 90 where a person fails to furnish information required by Form No. BEN 4 or where the information provided is unsatisfactory. The Tribunal may be directed to impose restrictions on the shares in question, including restrictions on transfer, suspension of dividend or other distributions, suspension of voting rights, or other restrictions on rights attached to those shares.
