of <h1>Reporting company action when BEN-4 information is not provided: Tribunal may restrict share transfers, dividends and voting rights.</h1> Requires a reporting company to apply to the Tribunal under section 90(7) where a person fails to furnish information sought through a Form BEN-4 notice within the specified time, or where the information furnished is unsatisfactory; on such application, the Tribunal may order that the relevant shares be subjected to restrictions, including restrictions on transfer of any interest in the shares, suspension of the right to receive dividend or any other distribution, suspension of voting rights, or any other restriction on all or any rights attached to the shares, thereby disabling specified shareholder rights until compliance is secured.
