Grant of certificate of registration requires the Board, after inspection or inquiry and regard to Code principles, to be satisfied that the applicant is eligible, has adequate infrastructure and experienced personnel, and complies with prior registration conditions; the Board shall grant or renew the certificate in the prescribed form within sixty days of a complete application, excluding time allowed for curing deficiencies or providing additional information.
