Sitting fee entitlement for advisory committee members under regulation; travel and accommodation reimbursed at Secretary-level entitlement. Regulation 6 entitles each Advisory Committee Member to a sitting fee of Rs. 10,000 per meeting and to reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses for attending meetings, payable at par with the entitlement of the Secretary to the Government of India.
