of <h1>GST Rules for Dadra and Nagar Haveli Implemented Under Union Territory GST Act, 2017, Effective July 1, 2017.</h1> The Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (Dadra and Nagar Haveli) Rules, 2017, were established by the Central Government under the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These rules are intended to govern the implementation of GST in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The rules were officially notified by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and came into effect on July 1, 2017.
