The application, along with all relevant documents, must be signed by the applicant or an authorized representative. For entities like Hindu undivided families, companies, or associations, specific authorized individuals must sign. Applications must be filed in quintuplicate with a fee of one thousand rupees. Any additional customs duty and interest accepted by the applicant must be deposited in an authorized bank using a TR-6 challan in quintuplicate.
