of <h1>Section 5 Repeals 2007 Ordinance but Preserves Actions Under Amended National Tax Tribunal Act.</h1> Section 5 of the National Tax Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2007, repeals the National Tax Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007. Despite this repeal, any actions or decisions made under the principal Act, as amended by the Ordinance, will be considered as having been made under the corresponding provisions of the principal Act, as amended by the new Act.
