Inspection powers: Reserve Bank may inspect the Central Registry and require production of records and information. Rule 9B authorises the Reserve Bank to call for information and to conduct inspections of the Central Registry concerning its functions under rule 9A, requires the Reserve Bank to supply the Central Registry with the inspection report, obliges directors, officers and employees of the Central Registry to produce documents and furnish information to inspecting officers, and makes the Central Registry responsible for inspection expenses.
