Schedule insertion: a new statutory schedule is added to the Central Excise Act expanding its schedule structure. A new schedule is inserted into the Central Excise Act by the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 2017: the Schedule specified in the Second Schedule to the amending Act is to be added after the Third Schedule of the Central Excise Act, formally creating a Fourth Schedule and expanding the Act's schedules.
