Primary service of provisional attachment orders on corporate bodies, societies and trusts is effected by serving the secretary, local manager or principal officer, or by speed post to the chief officer in India, which constitutes deemed service; if that fails, a duplicate order must be affixed conspicuously at the entity's business premises, and if affixation is impracticable, the order must be published in a leading vernacular and English newspaper with wide circulation in the relevant area.
