Benami property appeals require Form 3, prescribed fees, numbered grounds, service address, and delay justification. Appeals under section 46 must be filed to the Appellate Tribunal in Form 3 and accompany a prescribed fee (ten thousand rupees for sub section (1); two thousand rupees for sub section (1A)). The appeal must state numbered grounds of objection, an address for service, and the date of service of the impugned order. Appeals after the forty five day period require a quadruplicate verified petition with supporting documents showing cause for delay. The rule was amended by Notification No. 101/2019.
