          <h1>Foreign exchange encashment rules establish title and commencement under FEMA, regulating drafts, cheques, instruments and interest.</h1> Rules made under section 46 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 constitute the Foreign Exchange Management (Encashment of Draft, Cheque, Instrument and Payment of Interest) Rules, 2000, addressing encashment of drafts, cheques and other instruments and payment of interest in foreign exchange matters, and are notified by the Ministry of Finance with a specified commencement date to bring the provisions into force.
