Offshore banking unit exemption: other regulations do not apply unless regulations provide otherwise or Reserve Bank directs. Offshore banking units are by default excluded from the application of other Regulations, except where these Regulations or any other Regulations expressly provide otherwise, or where the Reserve Bank issues a direction requiring applicability.
