of <h1>Beneficiary Countries Must Submit Authorized Officials' Details for Duty-Free Tariff Preference Scheme Per 2015 Rules</h1> Each beneficiary country under the Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries must submit the names and addresses of officials authorized to sign certificates of origin. They must also provide original specimen signatures and official seals to the designated authority within the Central Board of Excise and Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, as specified in Annexure A of the 2015 rules. This submission should be made through both postal and electronic mail.
