Passengers arriving in India must declare accompanied baggage in Form I when carrying dutiable or prohibited goods.

Passengers arriving in India who have anything to declare or who are carrying dutiable or prohibited goods shall declare their accompanied baggage in Form I appended to this regulation, prescribing the mandatory method of baggage declaration for customs; the provision's wording was substituted by Not. 31/2016 (w.e.f. 01-04-2016).
