Entry into Force: treaty takes effect on the later diplomatic notification after completion of required procedures. Entry into force is governed by mutual written notifications through diplomatic channels confirming completion of required domestic procedures; the Agreement enters into force on the date of the later of those notifications and thereupon has effect forthwith.
