        Acknowledgement of discharge issued in Form VCES-3 after full payment and interest, to be provided promptly by authority. The designated authority shall issue an acknowledgement of discharge in Form VCES-3 upon the declarant furnishing details and making full payment of service tax dues together with any interest; the acknowledgement must be issued within the prescribed short period from the date of such payment and furnishing of details.
