of <h1>Authority to Issue Acknowledgement of Discharge in Form VCES-3 Within 7 Days of Payment Under Section 107(7)</h1> The designated authority must issue an acknowledgement of discharge in Form VCES - 3 under the Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme, 2013. This must occur within seven working days after the declarant submits full payment of tax dues and any applicable interest, as stipulated under sub-section (7) of section 107 of the Act.
