Particulars of notified goods: prescribed identifying data, quantity and market price must be furnished under the rules. Requires for each notified good a description with specified identifying particulars (serial number, batch number, patent number, make, brand, trade mark, country of origin where applicable), the quantity, and the market price on the date of acquisition or sale; certain articles must also carry additional article specific particulars as enumerated in the Rules.
