        Exporter obligations: furnish short-export particulars or present the shipping bill for cancellation or amendment within prescribed period. When goods shown in a shipping bill or bill of export and cleared for export are not exported, the exporter must within seven days from the conveyance's departure either furnish in writing to the proper officer the particulars of the goods not exported - number of packages, description, quantity, value and country of destination - or present the shipping bill or bill of export for cancellation or amendment.
