Cargo declaration must separately identify cargo to be landed, unaccompanied baggage, goods for transhipment, and same-bottom or retention cargo. Arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs, gold and silver require declaration on separate sheets regardless of whether they are for landing, transhipment or carriage as same-bottom cargo.
