Immunity from prosecution available where applicant cooperates and makes full, true disclosure under compounding rules. The compounding authority may, if satisfied that an applicant has cooperated and made full and true disclosure, grant immunity from prosecution for offences under the Act covered by the compounding application, subject to conditions the authority may impose.
