of <h1>Service Location for Events Set by Rule 6: Provision Depends on Event's Actual Location, Including Ancillary Services.</h1> The Place of Provision of Services Rules, 2012, under Rule 6, stipulates that the location for the provision of services related to events such as cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, or entertainment events, including celebrations, conferences, fairs, and exhibitions, is determined by the actual location where the event occurs. This rule also applies to services ancillary to admission to such events. This provision was introduced through Notification No. 28/2012 on June 20, 2012.
