Diplomatic fiscal privileges preserved under international law; treaty does not alter consular tax immunities protections. The Agreement preserves the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions and consular posts, providing that nothing in the Agreement affects tax immunities established under general international law or under the provisions of special agreements governing diplomatic and consular status.
