Compliance report requirement: certified cost accountant must file annual report with central government in prescribed form. Every company to which these rules apply must submit a compliance report for each financial year, duly certified by a cost accountant, to the Central Government in the prescribed form, with the accompanying Annexure, as a procedural prerequisite under the Companies (Cost Accounting Records) Rules, 2011.
