Penalty for contravening IDR issuance rules: companies and responsible officers face fines and continuing daily penalties. Where no punishment is provided in the Act, a company, any other person, and every officer of the company in default are punishable with a fine measured by reference to the IDR issue; if the contravention is continuing, a further daily fine applies for each day the contravention continues.
