Application of tobacco packing rules: covers branded unmanufactured tobacco, chewing tobacco and jarda scented tobacco when notified. These rules apply to unmanufactured tobacco bearing a brand name, chewing tobacco, and jarda scented tobacco where such products are notified under the relevant provision of the Act by the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue).
