Rectification of mistake or error: panel may correct apparent errors and direct modification of the assessment order. Following directions under rule 10, the Dispute Resolution Panel may, suo motu or on application by an eligible assessee or the assessing officer, rectify any apparent mistake or error in those directions and direct the assessing officer to modify the assessment order accordingly.
