Certification of advance ruling copies: certified true copies must be sent to applicant and the principal commissioner.

A copy of each advance ruling bearing the Members' signatures must be sent to the applicant and to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Central Excise, and the Commissioner of the Authority for Advance Rulings or an officer authorised by the Commissioner shall certify that dispatched copy as a true copy of the original.
