Deduction limitation for section 80-O limits previously full deduction to a partial deduction by legislative amendment.

Amendment substitutes the entitlement under section 80-O from a deduction of the whole of the income to a deduction of an amount equal to fifty per cent. of the income, effective from the 1st day of April, 1985, thereby converting the full-income deduction into a limited partial deduction.
