A Producer Company may alter memorandum objects by special resolution, provided such alteration is not inconsistent with section 378B. The amended memorandum and the special resolution certified by two directors must be filed with the Registrar within thirty days; transfers of registered office between Registrars require filing with both Registrars and forwarding of documents. Any change of registered office from one State to another requires Central Government approval on a prescribed application.
