Notice of settlement of contributories requires liquidator to notify listed persons of inclusion, shares, amounts, and objection procedure.

The liquidator must obtain a Tribunal date for settlement of the provisional contributories list and notify each listed person in Form WIN 18 of their character, number of shares or extent of interest, amount called up and paid up, and the requirement to file and serve an affidavit in support of any objection at least two days before the settlement date; the sender must file a Form WIN 19 affidavit confirming dispatch no later than two days before settlement.
