Bill of costs submission: authorised representatives must deliver bills on request or face forfeiture; tribunal may restore claims.

Authorised representatives and other persons employed by the Company Liquidator must deliver their bill of costs or charges to the Company Liquidator on request made sufficiently before dividend declaration; failure to do so within the prescribed period or any Tribunal-allowed extension forfeits the claim and the liquidator may distribute dividends without regard to it. The Tribunal may, for good cause shown and before the final dividend is declared, restore the claim and order the bill to be received; the request by the Company Liquidator must be in Form WIN 95 and served personally or by registered or speed post.
