Central Government may withdraw recognition of an association in the interest of trade or public interest after giving the association a reasonable opportunity to be heard, by notification in the Official Gazette; such withdrawal does not affect the validity of contracts entered into before the notification, and the Government may provide in the notification or a subsequent notification for the due performance of any outstanding contracts.
