Credit rating agencies must produce books, accounts and documents and furnish statements relating to rating activities within a reasonable period when required by the inspecting officer; allow reasonable access to premises; provide facilities to examine records and computer data; supply copies of relevant materials; and ensure directors, officers and employees submit to examination or statement-recording and render all assistance reasonably required for the inspection or investigation.
