ESG rating provider certification - Board grants certificate upon satisfaction of eligibility, valid until suspended, cancelled or surrendered.

The Board may grant a certificate as an ESG rating provider after determining the applicant fulfils category-specific requirements; it issues the certificate in Form B of the Fifth Schedule, intimates the applicant, and the certificate remains valid unless suspended, cancelled by the Board, or surrendered.
