Direct or indirect service relationships: providers to a company, its holding or subsidiary are now expressly included.

The amendment replaces clause (i) of subsection (3) to include any person who, directly or indirectly, renders services referred to in section 144 to the company, its holding company or its subsidiary, and imports the Explanation from that provision to define "directly or indirectly," thereby broadening the clause's application to indirect service relationships.
