Non English documents for Tribunal proceedings must be accompanied by an English copy either agreed by the parties or certified by an authorised representative; the Registrar may order translation, certification and authentication by an approved person on payment of a fee; no appeal or proceeding will be set down for hearing until parties confirm all relied on documents are in English or translated and the required number of copies filed.
