Receipt of goods from another warehouse requires the licensee to verify the one-time-lock before unloading. A missing or damaged lock must be immediately reported to the bond officer and unloading must be refused. If the lock is intact, the licensee must reconcile received quantity with the authorised transfer form, report discrepancies within twenty-four hours, retain endorsed transfer and transportation documents, record the goods received, and provide document copies to the bond officer and originating warehouse keeper.
