The statement of affairs under rule 28 must be prepared in duplicate in the prescribed Form No.37, with one copy verified by affidavit; an affidavit of concurrence must follow Form No.38. The liquidator must file the verified statement and any concurrence affidavit in the Tribunal forthwith and retain the duplicate for the liquidator's records.
