Serial number requirement enforces procedural traceability; filings and orders must bear the proceeding serial and Tribunal seal.

Every petition, application and interlocutory application must bear a distinctive serial number, with interlocutory applications also quoting the main proceeding serial; every order, process or document filed or issued shall bear the serial number of the proceedings. All petitions, applications and affidavits upon filing, and all orders, summonses, warrants, processes, notices and certified copies shall be issued under the authority and seal of the Tribunal.
