Applicability of specified company law provisions to foreign companies, subject to Central Government exemptions laid before Parliament.

The amendment makes sections 380 to 386 and sections 392 and 393 applicable to all foreign companies and authorises the Central Government to exempt any class of foreign companies from those provisions by Order published in the Official Gazette, with a copy of every such Order to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
