Section 26 concerning acting Chairperson arrangements stands omitted. Before omission, the senior-most Member was required to act as Chairperson during a vacancy until a newly appointed Chairperson assumed office. The senior-most Member was also required to discharge the Chairperson's functions during the Chairperson's absence, illness or other inability to act, until resumption of duties.
