I am an MBA from FMS delhi. Also i have a caital gain account in which money is kept for more than 3 years now. When i approached income tax office and met assessing officer to sign form G , he said that i had to clear the tax dues first.Bank is refusing to give me even the intrest accrued to clear taxes.How can i get the money to pay the taxes
