Pursuant thereto, the petitioner filed a fresh revision, which has again been rejected vide the impugned order dated 26.09.2025 on the ground that the petitioner had failed to deposit 50% of the bid amount. It is thus contended that both the impugned orders have been passed arbitrarily and illegally and are liable to be set aside. 7. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that the petitioner failed to deposit 50% of the auction amount within the stipulated period. It is stated that notices dated 11.01.2023, 13.02.2023, 17.04.2023, 27.08.2023 and 19.07.2024 were issued to the petitioner requiring payment of the outstanding amount. It is further ....
